- WoodMarvels.com products are produced on-demand once an order is received and shipped to your home once the item is finished being cut. There is no inventory kept on hand, as a result, the process from order to physical product may take a week or two before it is available to be shipped to your home. Due to the custom nature of our products as well, shipment costs will be on a per-order basis and any duties or additional third-party fees are your responsibility.

- Returns & Replacements
- If an item is damaged or doesn't fit properly, we will ship you a replacement part free of charge. Due to the fact that we have no inventory, returns are not accepted unless exceptional circumstances warrant them, which will be decided on a case-by-case basis by Woodmarvels.com.
- Ordering
- Orders are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you want your stuff ASAP, you need to order ASAP ;-)
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payments are processed by PayPal and they accept all major credit cards as well as direct PayPal member payments.
- Viewing Orders

- Updating Account Information
- A valid home address is required by PayPal to process the order, you may change your address information at any time at WoodMarvels.com but if you are in the process of moving or relocating, please make sure somebody is still available to accept the package at the old address.
