Are you a designer specializing in on-demand laser cut items? We want your products made available to our customers! All products go through the following review process, at NO COSTS to you.

What does WoodMarvels.com have to offer?

1) 3D animation services for applicable products (at no cost to you)
2) Although we require EPS design files, you retain all rights to your product, we own all rights to the media produced (ei: 3D animation)
3) Internet presence with 50/50 profit sharing. Payments are made via Paypal once item is received by the customer.
4) No HEADACHES! Items are shipped flat-packed and on-demand directly to the customer.
5) We are designers with over 200 items produced in-house! We love designing, animating and promoting... so any concerns you may have are addressed by professionals who know their stuff!

Review Process Outlined

Please note that there are NO fees, retainers or other charges involved in the review process. We only make money once a sale has been made.

Step 1: Initial Contact

1) Company name (including your name)
2) Full product description
3) Rough dimensions
4) Link to your website

Once you have the above information, please contact us.

Step 2: File and Product Review

Once we have established contact with you, we will review your products and select the ones which we are interested in having available for resale on our site. We will then request the eps files and require proof that your products work. If there are any doubts, we may require a physical model to be made at your expense.

Step 3: Agreement and Media Gathered

All our designers sign a "Statement of Understanding" which basically outlines the details of the partnership. At this time, we also require your Paypal account information. 3D animations and other media are produced for your product (at no cost to you). We also require the following for each item listed:

1) Final eps file of the design
2) good quality photo (more than one is fine, we will make 3D representation where applicable as the main image)
3) Unique product description (short and long with dimensional information)
4) Agreed upon selling price.

We also require a formal but short biography and the name you wish to have used under your "Featured Designers" heading. Please note that Aliases are completely acceptable and no links to your own website can be made. If your company name is your website, you need an alias.

Step 4: Product Launch

Your product(s) are now made available to our customers, we make a formal announcement all over the place and look forward to a profitable relationship for all involved.

PDF Assembly Instructions

We do require PDF assembly instructions to be sent to us. We would use this as a template to produce our own version to be send to the customer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an exclusive arrangement or can I sell my items at other places?

This is not exclusive, you are free to sell your items anywhere you wish. You are free to use our 3D animation for your own promotional purposes as well but our 3D pictures of your product cannot be used elsewhere, we own the rights to those and they are one of the many things that make WoodMarvels.com unique.

How long does the process take?

Assuming your on-demand product is approved, it can take a few days to a few weeks depending on the complexity of your model and the amount of work required. For example, if you already have an assembly guide, EPS files complete and a working prototype of a relatively simple model, we can have it on WoodMarvels.com within a few days. We will give you a rough time line and pictures during the production process so you will know what's going on.

Can I make a link from my site(s) directly to my product(s) or designer profile page?

Of course you can! We are always open to suggestions as well should you have any issues you want addressed by us.
